Are you insurance approved?

Yes we are Insurance Approved.

Can you take over my existing alarm system if I was connected to another company?

Yes we are able to take over your existing alarm system and connect to our security services.

Can you service and upgrade my existing alarm system?

Yes we are able to service your current alarm system, or upgrade you to a modern alarm system with better technological advancements.

Should my domestic worker have her own password?

Yes, but with new technology you don't have to have separate passwords as you can disarm the alarm from your cellphone and open/close the gate as well without anyone having a remote or code.

Do I need LIVE CCTV ?

No you do not need it, but it is a benefit to have as you can check what's happening at anytime from anywhere.

What should you do when i have a technical fault with my alarm system?

You can give us a call on our 24/7 contact services number.

What should I do when I experience a power failure and my alarm system starts beeping?

Nothing our Monitoring Centre will receive a notification should your alarm go into reserve power mode and we can monitor your alarm systems battery life and should tell us when the power is up and running again.

Do I need to advise you that I have dogs on my premises?

Yes, as the armed response team needs to be aware of dogs when they respond to an alarm.

Which areas does RYGATE SECURiTY cover?

The Greater Athlone, Gatesville, Rylands and other areas call us or email us to find out if we cover your area.

Why can’t I test your response time?

Because we could have a real emergency and it could cost a life.

How do I test my alarm system?

By Contacting our monitoring centre and requesting us to do a test on your alarm system.

What is your response time?

Our Response time is usually between 5-10 mins.

Can I trust your company? – Why should I trust RYGATE?

Yes, you can trust us as we have been providing security services for the last 25 years.

When I go on holiday, can you do extra patrols at my premises?

Sure we can do extra patrols for you at small extra fee.

In the event of a burglary, can you offer me an emergency security guard?

Yes, we could send you the direct number towards one of our patrol vehicles within your area.

If I hear strange noises at night, can I call your control room for assistance?

Yes you can give us a call and we will dispatch an armed response team immediately towards your residency.

How does your company play a proactive role in crime prevention?

We are involved with the police and crime watch centres and do searches on people that do not belong in the area.

I am coming home late at night, do you offer a meet and greet service?

If you are not a client with Rygate Security we offer a small fee for our Meet and Greet service.
